Avocado Pit Smoothie

  • 1 cup (250ml) of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ mango
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 avocado pit (optional, read text to know why)
  1. Cut the avocado pit in half using a sharp knife. Place it into your powerful blender and blend until you have a creamy smoothie.
You will need a strong blender in order for the avocado pit to be blended completely. If you are not sure if your blender can handle it, you might want to place the pit into a heavy duty plastic bag, cover it with a towel and smashing the pit with a hammer until the pieces are small enough for your blender to handle it.
