thank you for sharing your discovery of those buckwheat noodles. I was recently looking for 100% buckwheat noodles myself and was very frustrated too seeing that not even the organic supermarkets in my area in Austria sell any. So I would be very keen on trying them! 🙂

I do know Alnavit from their pure juices and I really like them a lot, because no added preservatives are used. They also taste amazing and are found quite easily in every DM drugstore.

I really love your recipes – I’ve tried many of them and I was not disappointed by one. And of course, I like Pasta, preferably in a more healthy and (to my opinion often) often more flavorful way. I did not know Alnavit before your post, but I am curious to test their products and indulge in a great pasta experience 🙂

Actually I was looking for buckwheat pasta. It’s in the area where I live very difficult to find, so I was looking for a company who sells it online. The combination buckwheat and miso sounds awesome! No, I don’t know the products of Alnavit but I am glad that you introduced the brand right now when I was looking for it! Thanks!
