thank you so much for stopping by! I know this staycation thing with 25+ °C weather sounds so amazing. And 25+°C in Finland is probably like the best it gets, right?
I’m currently sitting in the cafe in my house, in the sun and enjoying my little “staycation”, too. I know work should not be part of it, but I’d rather work in this beautiful weather than inside when its raining.
Hoping the weather also got better in Finland!

Really love the recipe, the coating looks so crunchy and spicy – just like it should be 🙂 We’ve done a staycation on several occasions, but they were more spontaeous than planned. Kids love to explore nearby attractions, and it always feels like a big adventure even though we’re not traveling far. Hope the good weather continues there! I love barbecue-style cauliflower in any form–there is this restaurant in Los Angeles called Sage Vegan Bistro where they serve the most delicious barbecue cauliflower, and I’ve always wanted to try it but never got a chance to! Hey, this recipe could be my chance to enjoy it at home!
