Do you really want us to pour the lemon juice over the kitchen towel and not the paella? My towels would soak it all up and there would be none on the paella.

I am sooo happy to hear this. I only post recipes that I love, so I try not to exaggurate, but only post my honest opinion. But I am always happy to hear that other people feel the same way about my recipes.

I was pretty skeptical about your claims about this dish being just as good as traditional paella, but I made this last night and it was amazing! It was actually far tastier than many of the restaurant paellas I’ve eaten in the past. So tasty and ridiculously easy and healthy! I’m going to make another batch this weekend so I can have a delicious, healthy, lunch at work during the week! THANKS!

Oh my gosh! I am so glad I found you. I have been wanting to make a veggie paella for what seems like a gazillion years. And then here you are with this delicious paella, just sitting, waiting for me. So thank you! I cannot wait to FINALLY make that dang paella I’ve been craving. 🙂
