Hi Kristin,
the Magimix that I currently use has 1100W, which is exactly what I need for tough spreads such as nut butters. However, I do think anything over 600 or 700W is already great, so I&#039;m sure the one you&#039;re about to buy should be able to make nut butters. A blogger friend of mine in the United States has the Magimix 3200XL, which has 650W, and she is absolutely content with hers, and she makes all sorts of nut butters.
