Werbung/Ad. Today, there are two recipes for DIY room sprays that bring the fresh forest air into your home with the essential tree oils from PRIMAVERA *.

I have a new hobby. Last year, I began to experiment with making my own natural beauty and household or cleaning products. It is unbelievably meditative and fun to play around with DIY hair masks, face masks, body scrubs or room sprays. In addition, the DIY products are all natural, sustainable and help to significantly reduce waste. All the more reason to give it a try from time to time.

Also, I’ve been kind of obsessed with playing around with different combinations of essential oils. Even before I dived deeper into aromatherapy, tree oils were among my favorites among the essential oils. My love for tree oils led me to the topic of forest medicine. I’m not sure if this is the right English word, but I think you know what I mean. For me, forest walks are the epitome of calm and serenity. I love the smell of pine trees, wet leaves, or churned earth on my morning jog through the forest.

It all started with the essential oil of Swiss pine, whose fragrance I have been loving for years. I love adding it to my diffuser with some lemon essential oil. Back then I already knew that the oils of the Swiss pine were helpful for the respiratory system, but a book called “Forest Medicine” (only available in German: Waldmedizin) by Anusati Thumm and Maria M. Kettenring got me hooked on other tree oils. Gradually, the essential oils of spruce needle, pine needle, mountain pine or the giant fir were added and now it may happen that my home smells like a forest. Heavenly – in my opinion.

For today’s DIY recipes, I’ve teamed up with one of my favorite companies: PRIMAVERA. I have long been an enthusiastic customer of the traditional German company from the Allgäu and trust the quality of the 100% natural, essential oils. PRIMAVERA has just added three new tree oils: Himalayan Cedar Extra, Black Pine Extra Bio and Larch Bio.

All PRIMAVERA oils are completely genuine, meaning they are natural and unaltered. Also, they contain no synthetic additives and are not stretched with other oils. Of course, all PRIMAVERA oils are not tested on animals and the raw materials come primarily from controlled organic farming. In addition, there is a high level of commitment to organic farming projects worldwide, which not only protect species, but also use chemical-free pest control and fertilizers and do without genetic engineering.

A great first contact with the world of essential oils are home-made room sprays. My mix “forest walk” combines the two oils black pine and Himalayan cedar and brings fresh forest air into the home. The room spray “Breathe” is a bit gentler thanks to the scent of Swiss pine and larch and is used especially in stressful situations. The oils are basically only mixed with water. I like to use distilled water, which we always have in the house anyway. In order for the sprays to last longer, I also addd some alcohol. Not a must, but a good idea when you’re planning to use it as a gift or if you’re not sure you will use it up right away. As a container, I use empty glass bottles from my natural cosmetics brands. They are perfect for upcycling.

Heavenly for body and soul, because …

… the room sprays with the essential tree oils provide fresh air in the home. Essential tree oils are particularly suitable for cleaning room air, help with respiratory problems, colds or psychological stress.

Himalayan cedar

The essential oil of the Himalayan cedar has a stabilizing and strengthening effect on our psyche. It is therefore often used in stress or burn-out. But the Himalaya cedar oil is a great skin oil. It has an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and lymphatic stress.-releasing effect. Thus it can be used for cellulite, arteriosclerosis, allergies or skin rashes.

Use:
– For room ventilation in diffuser or room spray.
– All tree oils go perfectly with essential citrus oils such as lemon or grapefruit. Heavenly!
– In homemade deodorant
– Muscle pain associated with almond oil
– As a disinfecting soap

Black pine

The essential oil of the Blac pine is obtained from a dedicated PRIMAVERA cultivation partner in Corsica. Black pine oil is a mild essential oil that has an expectorant effect and is therefore used for colds and respiratory problems. The oil of the Black pine has nerve-strengthening and stimulating effect, which is why it is recommended for stress or anxiety. The scent is pleasantly gentle and can be used by both adults and children.

Use:
– For room ventilation in the diffuser or as room spray
– As a body oil for lymphatic drainage
– In conjunction with almond oil as an expectorant oil for the nostrils

Larch, organic

The essential oil of the larch comes from Austria or South Tyrol. It is extracted from the needles of the larch tree and is highly anti-infective, expectorant and promotes ejection. Therefore, it is often used in bronchial diseases. Like most essential tree oils, larch oil is mood-enhancing and psychologically invigorating and is therefore also recommended for stress, burn-out or depression.

Use:
– For room ventilation in the diffuser or as room spray
– As a body oil for nerve pain
– As an inhalation oil for respiratory diseases such as bronchitis
– In combination with almond oil as a body oil to strengthen the immune system

Swiss pine

This essential oil from PRIMAVERA has long been my favorite. It has been experiencing a real boom for several years and it is used especially for sleep disorders. The essential oil of the Swiss pine reduces stress and generally promotes well-being. Swiss pine oil, like all tree oils, can have a positive effect on the psyche and be particularly encouraging. It is also used when it comes to neutralizing room odors.

Use:
– As a room spray to neutralize bad odors
– A few drops of Swiss pine oil on a stone pine ball can have a sleep-promoting effect.
– As an inhaler pen in case of panic, fears or shocks.
The alcohol simply promotes the shelf life. Without alcohol, the spray should be prepared with distilled or at least boiled water and used up within about 3 months. With alcohol and distilled water, it basically last months long.
- Instead of the distilled water you can also use simply boiled water.
- Natron neutralizes odors, making it a great addition to normal room spray.
If you would like to know more about tree oils, I highly recommend the book “Forest Medicine – The healing power of essential tree oils” by Anusati Thumm and Maria M. Kettenring. I always like to browse through the book because I find the health-promoting effect of essential oils of the forest just fascinating. In addition to the detailed description of ingredients and modes of action of the essential oils, the book contains a variety of recipes and instructions on how the forest oils can be used specifically for the prevention and treatment of various diseases.

*Ad/Werbung. This post is not sponsored by any of the mentioned brands. I simply thought you would want to know which brands I love and trust.

You guys, I have a confession to make. Up until last week, I probably didn’t have a smoothie for three months! Or maybe even more. I realized that I need it to be warm and sunny outside in order to really „feel“ the smoothie vibe. I guess this has to do with me getting into the whole smoothie-world back when I lived in North Carolina. It’s really always sunny in North Carolina, and so I literally made myself a smoothie every day for lunch during the last year of my bachelor’s degree. Given that temperatures and humidity can reach extreme highs in this place of the world, drinking a smoothie packed with nutrients was so much for appealing to my sweat-drenched body than eating a huge lunch most days. Of course, I would not only have a smoothie for lunch, but the smoothie was the part I was most excited about.

But I realized over the years, that I am such a summer-time smoothie person and that I forget about my blender all from October through March. Totally stupid, I know, but I am just always cold (due to my blood pressure meds) that I really prefer warm meals and hot drinks in the winter. I am not saying that this is a smart idea, it’s just how I feel.

So now that we’re basically experiencing summer in May this year here in Northern Germany, I am totally back at my smoothie game. So back, you guys. So back. For the past week, I have had this craving for blueberries, and so I have been making this blueberry zucchini smoothie every single day. Like every day. And you will, too, once you have tried it!

This smoothie is packed with so much goodness, I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s have a quick reign check:

Blueberries: major source of antioxidants, which protect your cells from damage, aka: protect from UV radiation, protect your skin from getting early wrinkles and other signs of age. Amazing! Also, the dark pigments in blueberries, called anthoyanes, have shown to protect the body from cancer!

Zucchini: Mainly in this for the volume, but zucchini are also packed with minerals such as magnesium and calcium.

Cucumber: mostly water infused with delicious enzymes.

Banana: high in potassium, which is important for a healthy heart function.

Avocado: high in heart-healthy fats, avocado is one of the best healthy fat sources available. It is also a real skin-food!

Are you ready for more goodness?

Turmeric: The root is one of the best anti-inflammatory foods out there. If you can, use the fresh root.

Spinach: one of the best sources of Vitamin K, a bone-strengthening vitamin! But spinach also contains a good amount of iron, loads of vitamin A (think eye health!) and folate, which is especially important for pregnant women and their unborn children.

Lemon: probably the most well-known antioxidant out there. The vitamin C in the lemon also helps make the iron of the spinach better available for absorption.

Lineseed oil: first of all, every vegetable-containing smoothie needs some sort of fat in order for the fat-soluble vitamins (ADEK) to be absorbed. And Lineseed oil is one of the best sources of omega-3-fatty acids, which fight inflammation in the body and strengthen the cell membranes and the skin barrier for one. Omega-3 fatty acids are also vital for a healthy brain function.

I am done with warming stews and soups – I just want beautiful, colorful and nutrient-rich salads. Of course today I brought you exactly this kind of salad. So get out that summer dress, turn on the BBQ, grill some veggies and serve this salad as an eye catcher on your BBQ buffet. But there is a tiny problem. The summer dress may be perfect for these summer-like temperatures, but our skin isn’t. I don’t know about you, but my skin is not ready for a sudden start of the summer. No, before we can get out there, we need an extra wellness boost for our skin. So it can wake up from hibernation. That’s why today’s salad is the perfect beautifying salad for glowing, vibrant-looking skin. No crèmes or lotions needed. All we need is to eat the rainbow to get the glow.

So let’s look at what we have here: arugula, asparagus, fresh peas, grapefruit, radishes, avocado, fresh herbs and baked new potatoes. Bahm! This salad is colorful, rich in nutrients and looks beautiful, too. Don’t worry, you won’t need to buy all of the produce listed below. I just want you to get a feeling of how amazing colorful food is for your health and beauty. The highlight of this salad is the avocado dressing, which makes any vegetable taste amazing.

Beautifying vegetables in this salad:

Rocket is rich in bitter compounds, which aid digestion. It also contains plant-compounds that protect our cells from DNA and UV damage.

Asparagus is rich in glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that protects our mitochondria, which are also called „power house“ of our body as they produce our energy.

Fresh peas are rich in b-vitamins, which protect our nervous system. They are also important for collagen-production in the skin.

The antioxidative compound allicin found in garlic protects the cells from damage, hence it prevents early signs of aging.

Grapefruits may not be in season anymore, but they are rich in the carotenoid lycopene, which also protects the cells from UV damage.

Radishes are especially good for radiant skin as they are an amazing source of vitamin C, the best-known antioxidant. They also contain an abundance of vitamin K, which is important for bone formation and healthy blood vessels.

Of course we could spin this game further and further with the avocado, almonds, herbs and sprouts, but I think you get the picture. Of course no vegetable provides a „quick fix“, meaning you won’t get beautiful skin over night if you munch on radishes. There are many things that play a role when it comes to healthy skin, a healthy gut microbiome for one. But I have found that you can already feel and see a difference in how you feel after eating a wholesome diet rich in plants for about a week.

Enjoy this salad and enjoy the warm spring / summer weather.

xx

A few weeks ago, I shared a glimpse into my bathroom in this post. For some reason it was one of the most clicked articles ever, so I thought some of you might be interested in my make-up bag, too. Don’t worry, I will not turn into a beauty blogger any time soon. In fact, I am really just a mascara and foundation kind of girl. I barely wear eye make-up and red lipstick is a once in a year kind of thing for me. However, I’ve recently learned how to underline my features, rather than hide my face under make-up from my friend Lisa Scharff. She stands for the “Beauty Inside and Out” approach, which is also one that I follow. The following products are some of my current favorites. Of course, I do not wear all of the products at once, but it never hurts to have some options, right? Some of the products were sent to me by the lovely girls from Amazingy, an online shop for natural skincare and make-up products. Amazingy also launched their first brick and mortar store last year in Berlin, which I will hopefully finally visit this month when I’m going to Berlin.

A glimpse into my make-up bag

Face

Hiro Foundation # 10 Moore: Lisa Scharff helped me pick out the color of this foundation that matches my skin tone. I love how it covers up redness really well, and that is kind of smells like white chocolate to me. The only thing that I have to criticize is the pump mechanism of the bottle in comes in.

Dr. Hauschka Foundation #2: I use this foundation mostly during the summer, when it’s warm outside, such as recently when I was in Spain. It does not cover as well as the Hiro Foundation, but it’s enough for a warm summer day when you don’t want to wear a lot of make-up.

RMS „Un“ Cover Up Concealer: Since I am still struggling with acne prone skin, my concealers are everything to me. This one covers up pimples and dark circles under the eyes perfectly.

Hiro Out of Space Balm #04 Nala: Since I am a big fan of Hiro products, I also tested this concealer by Amazingy’s signature brand. It covers up almost as well as the RMS concealer and also comes with a small mirrow, which is especially practical for when I’m on the go.

Dr. Hauschka Concealer: I love Dr. Hauschka products, but this concealer did not quite convince me. It does not cover as well as the previously mentioned concealers so my dark circles underneath my eyes are definitely still visible after I apply this one. Why did I add it in this list? Because my mom is quite happy with this product. 🙂

RMS Magic Luminzer: I was never a highlighter kind of person until about a year ago. Now I think they are amazing to add some freshness and life to my face. This one is by far my favorite one. It definitely gets you “the glow”.

Lavera Highlighter: This is my other favorite highlighter, and one for every wallet, too. It’s very affordable and an amazing product if you’re new to the highlighter world.

RMS Buriti Bronzer: Contouring is not my strength. However, I really love this bronzer, as it adds a sun-kissed touch to everyone’s face.

Hiro Multi-Stick „Backstage“: I am a big fan of multisticks. I use them all the time. Mostly for my cheeks, but even sometimes for my eyes and lips. They are the perfect way to freshen up a little during a busy day. This color is a little darker, and perfect for fall and winter.

Ilia Multistick “I Put a Spell on You”: This is my new favorite product ever. I just love the peach color, which has me so excited for spring and summer. You all have to get this product!

Eyes

Kjaer Weis Eyeshadow „Charmed“: I have to admit that I am not a big eye make-up person. That’s why I only have one eyeshadow color, no color palette or anything. This Kjaer Weis color just about goes with everything so I can highly recommend it.

Un’ Gretel Eyeliner: In case I feel like really dressing up, I use this eyeliner, which I got as a Christmas present from Stefanie Luxat from OhhhMhhh. I really love this company, its products and its design.

Un’ Gretel Cream Eye Stick: Like I said, eyes are not my expertise. That’s why I have recently tried out this eye stick from the same brand. It’s perfect for people like me who have no idea how to do a proper eye make-up. I love the creamy texture and the color.

Lips

Ilia Tinted Lip Conditioner | The Bride „Nobody’s Baby“: Besides the Ilia Multistick, this is one of the best natural make-up products I have ever tested. It nourishes the lips perfectly, and the color is almost nude and oh so beautiful. Big recommendation.

Ilia Arabian Nights Lippenstift: Ever since I visited Paris again a few weeks ago, I have re-found my fable for red lips. It’s very rare to see me with red lips, but then again, I think they are great for datenight or a girls night out.

Lavera Lipstick “Timeless Red”: This is a product that I bought right before I left for Paris, and I have been wearing it there like a real Parisienne. It’s quite affordable, especially if you only wear it once or twice a year like me – ha!

Amazingy Balm: Everyone needs a good lip balm in their handbag, right? This coconut lip balm from Amazingy is not only super affordable, but also so small that it fits into every purse.

Eyebrows

Lavera Eyebrow Styling Gel: Still my favorite product ever when it comes to eyebrows. I bought this after Lisa Scharff recommended it to me, and now my whole family swears by it.

My tip:

Amazingy Rosenquartz-Roller: this cooling rose quartz is perfect for swollen eyes after a night out or a long work-day. You simply roll it over your face in the morning and give yourself a little face massage. In the summer, I will keep it in the fridge to get my face glowing in the morning.

My conventional cosmetic products:

I know that for all of the products below, there are amazing natural equivalents. But somehow, I cannot seem to replace the these products with natural ones:

Clinique Mascara: Like I mentioned in my previous post on natural make-up, this is has been my mascara for probably 15 years now. I love that you can rinse it warm water and that it is still water proof in the summer.

Smith’s Lip Balm: Also one of these products that I have been loving for quite some time. I always buy this brand when I’m in the United States, but you can already get it in Germany at Kauf dich Glücklich or online.

Rituals Hand Creme: I love the rituals hand lotions, their smell and how quickly they are absorbed into the skin. I know, they are not natural cosmetics…but they just smell so good.

Neutrogena Hand Creme: I keep the Neutrogena hand creme on my nightstand – I always have. It works like a miracle and keeps my hands smooth. Not perfect, I know. But then again, who is?

*This post contains PR-Samples from Amazingy. I bought most of the products myself, however.

The post Natural Skincare – The make-up products that I currently love appeared first on Heavenlynn Healthy.

*This post is not sponsored, but includes some PR samples from Amazingy.

Last year, I really made an effort to reduce my conventional beauty products in my bathroom and include more natural skin and body care products in my life. If you’re into healthy eating like me, there is eventually no way around natural skincare and natural cleaning products. Today I thought I’d show you all of the products that are currently in my natural beauty bag.My beauty bag is almost completely filled with natural products. However, I have to admit that it is not entirely plant-based and natural. There are a few products that I just haven’t found a natural equivalent for. That is waterproof mascara, hairspray, my concealer (yes, sorry), and my hair products. I believe that it’s important to understand how conventional beauty products may harm our body. But like it is with nutrition, you have to find your own balance and go with what works for you. I guess what I really want to say is: I am not perfect, but I am trying my best to become a better version of myself every day.

Natural skin care products

Whamisa organic flowers cleaning oil: this was one of the first natural beauty products I used, after Lisa Scharff recommended it to me. To this day, I include it in my nighttime routine as I love how smooth it makes my skin feel.

Alex Caro Facial Cleanser: I have been testing this cleanser for a few months now, but somehow it does not feel right for me. I will probably search for another product soon.

Kahina Giving Beauty Serum: I love this serum because it helped hydrate my skin these past very cold weeks. I also love how it feels on the skin, and how wonderfully it smells.

Pai Rosehip Oil: I have been using this oil for almost a year now, and I could not recommend it more. It’s supposed to reduce acne scars – I cannot with certainty support this claim, but it definitely helped clear my skin.

Dr. Hauschka Toner: not my favorite product, but I it definitely feels good on the skin. The smell is a little odd, so you might want to try this first before investing in a large bottle.

Picaut Miracle Serum: I love how this product feels on the skin, and how deeply it moisturizes my skin. However, it is quite pricy, so the bottle on the picture is actually empty and I do not know if I will spend that much money on a serum in the future.

Pai Geranium Thistle Day Cream: my current favorite day cream which smells heavenly. I am a huge fan of Pai’s products so I can definitely recommend this for anyone with acne prone skin like me.

Cattier Healing Cleay Peeling: my mom introduced me to this product, and I recently bought it for myself, because I liked it so much. It’s a gentle cleaning peeling that can be used every day if you have troubled skin like me. It’s also quite cheap and available at Alnatura (and probably other drug stores, too).

Pai Brightening Exfoliator: I recently tried this peeling when I was in Arhus, because Amazingy had sent me a sample. It’s probably my new favorite Pai product and I will definitely buy a full size product soon. I love how smooth it makes my skin feel without irritating it, so I could not recommend it more

Natural Body Care Products

Alverde Creme Oil Body Lotion Bio Jasmin / Sesame: I don’t buy crazy expensive body lotions, as my body is not as irritable as my facial skin. This product is completely natural (as per Code Check App), smells awesome and won’t break the bank.

Fine Deodorant: the only deodorant that I tested that really worked. It will not prevent perspiraiton, but it does prevent body odors.

Lavera Shower Gel: I love that Lavera shower gels are available everywhere and smell divine. I am currently using the coconut version, which totally reminds me of summer.

Lavera Shower Gel for men: I got Jannis this one a few months ago, and he never complained. I guess he is indifferent about it, but I definitly like the smell of this product.

Lavera Toothpaste: for me the best natural toothpaste there is.

Non-Natural Beauty Products

Aveda Smooth Infusion: I have been using this product for ages and just cannot seem to find a natural equivalent. It’s the only product that can cope with my vast amounts of baby hair.

Clinique Lash Power Mascara: Also one of these products that has been with me since puberty. I love how it only comes off with 38°C water – so it is waterproof but I do not need an oily make-up remover to get it off.

Mac Cosmetics concealer: wooooooh, did she really say Mac? Yes, she did. I know my beauty coach Lisa will probably get a heart attack, but to this day I have not found a concealer that really works for me. But I am going to try a couple natural concealers in the upcoming weeks and share my experiences with them here.

Hair spray: I am using Schwarzkopf and Nivea hairspray. Yup. I told you I wasn’t perfect.

Nail Polish Remover: Can somebody please name a nail polish remover that does not take a bazillion hours to remove see-through nail polish? And don’t even get me started on colored polishes. I recently tried the Benecos nail polish remover and surrendered after about 20 minutes, because the Benecos nail polish (bright red) did not want to come off. Still searching for the perfect remover, until then I am back to using Essie.

I will share my make-up bag essentials with you in a different post. For now I’d really like to hear what your current natural beauty products are and what conventional products you’re still using.

*This post is not sponsored in any way by any of the named brands. Some of the products were sent to me via Amazingy, but I purchased most products myself.

The post My Natural Beauty Bag – What I am loving right now (and what conventional products I’m still using) appeared first on Heavenlynn Healthy.

It was one of those days when I was in the shower realizing that my shampoo and conditioner were empty. If that wasn’t enough already, I was out of body lotion, too. In hindsight, I think it was meant to happen this way. Empty skin and haircare products are always an opportunity to try something new. So I went to the drug store, and realized that I was completely overwhelmed by the choices. I could spend hours at DM, reading labels, smelling fragrances and losing myself in the endless product varieties. So I took out my phone and asked my awesome social media community for advice on natural skincare products.Long story short, a week later I was sitting in Lisa Scharff’s apartment at a natural beauty coaching. Lisa Scharff, natural make-up artist and coach, is the personalized natural beauty coach we’ve all dreamed of. She’s that girl from school that you’ve always admired because of her flawless skin, super voluminous hair and heart-warming smile. Serious girl-crush material.

We had arranged a natural beauty coaching for my sister as a belated birthday present, and I was simply there to observe and learn. Lisa usually only offers one-on-one beauty coachings to assure 100% focus on each client, but for my sister and I, she made an exception. Lisa guided us through the basic skincare and make-up routines that she has come to adapt and develop over the years. Her routine includes a double-cleansing program (my favorite part) consisting of a mild soup and an oil wash with jojoba oil. I literally felt like being on a spa day. The jojoba oil wash was the first thing I ordered after the coaching.

Next was moisturizer: Lisa is a big fan of natural essential oils, and she recommended Pai Facial Oil as an amazing moisturizer. It really felt so light and yet comfortably enriching on the skin. Another new item in my natural bathroom. After our skin was perfectly clean and nourished, we chose a fitting natural foundation. A new Berlin-based brand, that Lisa recommended was Hiro, and the foundations covered all redness and discolorations quite well, without making us feel masqueraded.

I’m going to spare you with every single detail from our coaching – after all, it was individualized and adapted to our skin and or problems and needs. What will be more interesting for you, is what to pay attention to, when buying natural beauty products:

Read the labels. Just like in the kitchen, we need to learn how to read labels. It’s not enough if the packaging says „natural“ – the term „fragrance/parfume“ usually means a countless number of chemical compounds.

Not every latin name is bad. Compounds such as jojoba oil or shea butter are hidden behind long latin terms. Hence, opposite from the kitchen, if you cannot pronounce an ingredient, it does not have to be a warning signal.

Natural skincare and make-up does not have to be expensive. Lisa’s bathroom and beauty bag is full of budget-brands such as the generic natural skincare products by DM, Budni or Müller. Alverde or Lavera is always a good idea.

Natural skincare and make-up can cause allergic reactions as well. Just like we can be allergic to strawberries, we can be allergic to the natural compounds in natural skincare products. Listen to your body!

Not every good natural skincare product or make-up is vegan. If Lisa were to use vegan products exclusively, her make-up bag would shrink by two thirds. Many great products use manuka honey or bee wax, so if you’re not vegan (like me) then those products offer great health benefits.

Not all natural skincare products and make-up products are cruelty-free. While most younger brands care for animal rights (some companies are founded for the reason of protecting animals), larger companies are often not cruelty-free. If a brand sells to China, then they are obliged by Chinese law to test their products on animals. There are some great websites to check if a brand is cruelty-free or not.

Lisa offeres two different types of coachings. We chose “Clean your Beauty Bag“, which guides you through the basics of natural cosmetics and skincare, face wash routines, applying moisturizer and how to support your natural beauty with the help of some make-up products. What’s so unique about Lisa is that she follows a holistic approach with her coachings. That’s why there is another coaching called “Beauty Inside Out“, where Lisa will also get into details of healthy eating to make your skin look as healthy and radiant as possible. The coachings start at 179 Euros, and they are worth every single cent.

You can, of course, also pamper yourself with some of the products that Lisa recommended to my sister and I, here is a list of products* that we used. I’ve ordered some of the products, but have not tried them all. They are recommendations of Lisa’s for my skin (which is quite problematic). If you want to find the perfect products for your skin, I’d recommend booking one of Lisa’s coachings.

If you want to book one of Lisa’s Coachings, you can do so through her website or just shoot her an email at hello@lisascharff.com. Her coachings do not just stop after the two hours of intense one-on-one time. Her mission is to help her clients on their way to an all-natural beauty bag. She just recently helped me out when I was standing in front of the natural beauty isle at my local drug store, clueless what to buy.

Thank you, Lisa, for the lovely and informative day. I am so very happy that you came into my life, and I look forward to learning much more from you in the future.

*The links are not affiliate links, they are simply recommendations by Lisa or even myself. There are several online stores where you can buy the products. I like Amazingy, but you will probably also find some offline stores in your city that sell them.

**Dear Lüneburger friends, there is a natural beauty store in our beautiful city called Pure Schönheit, Am Berge 6. Happy Shopping!
